Painting Process
Radiators are coated in a modern facility with the most preferred paint colour RAL 9016 which is specially designed to protect the environment.
Pekpan panel radiators undergoes a multistage surface treatment process including immersion degreasing, spray degreasing, iron phosphate coating and chrome free passivation. In combination with the base coat, the phosphate layer provides excellent rust protection. After surface treatment, the radiators are rinsed with deionized water.
Painting process is followed by applying water-based solvent free wet paint and dried in hot air at a temperature of 150 °C. Then epoxy polyester powder coat is electrostatically applied to all front and rear surfaces and cured at 180 °C.
Pekpan panel radiators outstandingly durable due to the finishing coat which has strong resistant to scratches, moisture and acids inaccordance with standards DIN 55900 and EN 442.
Packaging Process
The Pekpan panel radiators are individually bubble-wrapped, their sides are covered with plastic corner edge protections. Finally, the radiators are packed in shrink-wrapped to achieve maximum durability during transportation and storage until installation is complete.

Production and Quality
To ensure the highest level of quality, each Pekpan panel radiators goes through a four-stage inspection process and is rigorously tested in accordance with the latest European radiator manufacturing standard EN442.
At the end of the production line the water tightness of each radiator is individually tested under pressure of 10 bar verifying the integrity of the product.
Pekpan panel radiators factory and production have ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, ISO 18001: 2007 accreditation and the radiators are manufactured in compliance with international CE, EN 442, DIN, GOST-R, UKR Sepro and TSE standards.

Compact Ventil Radiator
Pekpan produces standard 4 holes side connection as well as 6 holes compact ventil bottom connection panel radiators. Compact ventil radiator provides bottom connection for underground pipe installations and uncluttered look. It can be produced as ventil to be placed in right or left sides upon the request. Thermostatic valve is used on compact ventil panel radiators to adjust the heat level according to the room temperature.
